All Creative Arts Team – Run Throughs
March 30–31 | 6:00–8:30 PM
Hello everyone!
I just want to start by saying—truly and humbly—I am in awe of what the Lord has done with our new Worship Center. It honestly feels surreal, and I’m so grateful that we get to experience this grand opening together. What a special moment for all of us.
Alright… now let’s get into the details.
UPDATE:
Originally, I had planned to split the Creative Arts Team in half so you would only need to attend one night. However, the sound company we’re partnering with, Sweetwater, has asked if as many of you as possible could attend both nights. So, I’d love for you to join us for both if you’re able.
That said—if you can only come to one night or part of the time, I completely understand. No pressure at all.
What we’ll be doing:
These run-throughs are all about getting comfortable in the space and working through the flow together. We’ll be:
Rotating through vocals and band positions
Switching in and out with the camera team (headsets, cameras, etc.)
Getting a feel for both on-stage and off-stage environments
Learning where everything is (mics, IEMs, etc.)
Practicing entrances, exits, and overall movement
If you’re unable to make these dates, no worries—we’ll make sure you’re supported and trained when you’re scheduled.
But there’s something really special about all of us being together in this space for the very first time. If you can come, I’d highly encourage it.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Earbuds
- Your instrument (drummers—just bring your sticks // Keyboard, we have you covered)
- Guitarists: bring your guitar only (no racks needed—we’ll use what’s provided)
- And most importantly… a great attitude and some patience as we learn together.
PS - If you need to borrow an instrument, we should have it.
I’m so thankful for each of you. This is going to be a really fun and meaningful week—can’t wait to experience it with you!
