True North Youth exists to see students discover their identity in Jesus and engage in His plan for their lives. Through this discovery, they will be able to live in the God-given power of the Holy Spirit, empowering them to radically change their world.
How can I serve?
Youth Leader
Our Youth Night gathering utilizes serve teams for setup, check-in, cafe, production and more. The task for all our youth leaders is to build relationships with students and help them connect and engage fully in worship, teaching, and all Youth Night activities.

Work with students in grades 6-8 in a small-group setting for a time of engaging conversation, fun games, and teaching.

Youth Groups meet during the same sessions as our adult Groups and provide age-specific studies relevant to students.

Who can serve?
Those who demonstrate a love for young people and want to see them grow in their love for God. We ask that leaders demonstrate a lifestyle of obedience to Christ. Be mature in the Christian Faith through the prioritization of daily devotions and prayer, generously investing time and resources, celebrating creativity, and promoting unity.

Step 1: Grow Track
Everyone who joins a Serve Team starts with Grow Track. It's more than just a volunteer orientation. Grow Track is a four-step process for anyone interested in taking the next step in their journey with God. Discover your God-given purpose and be equipped you to make a difference in your community and the world! No need to register! Join us on Sundays at our AIRPORT WAY VENUE during our 11A gathering or at our COLLEGE ROAD VENUE during our 10A gathering, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. We invite you to jump in at any time.
Step 2: Contact the Serve Team leader
Contact the Serve Team leader to let them know you're interested in joining their team. They can give you more details and get you plugged in once you've started in Grow Track.
Step 3: Complete a background check.
Planning Center
We use an online system called Planning Center for scheduling team members, organizing services, and streamlining communication. Everyone on a Serve Team will need a free Planning Center account to track their schedule, accept or decline requests to serve, and access rehearsal files (for worship team).
