True North Youth is a place for students to build real friendships, encounter Jesus, and grow into the people God has called them to be. Through weekly gatherings, biblical teaching, small groups, serving, camps, and conferences, students are encouraged to take ownership of their faith and live it out every day.

Middle school is a unique season, and we want students to have a place where they can be themselves, make friends, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. In 678, students are challenged in their faith and encouraged by leaders who genuinely care about them.

High school students are navigating big questions about identity, relationships, purpose, and faith. True North Youth gives them space to encounter Jesus, build authentic friendships, and learn how to live out their faith with confidence in everyday life.

Our Youth leaders are background-checked, trained, and committed to helping students grow spiritually and personally. They’re here to listen, encourage, answer questions, and help students find meaningful community at True North.

Students need adults who will show up, listen, encourage them, and point them toward Jesus. Whether you love leading conversations, welcoming students, helping with events, or serving behind the scenes, there’s a place for you to invest in the next generation.
