What is MOPS?

It stands for "Mothers of Preschoolers.” MOPS is about meeting the needs of every mom of a child from conception through Kindergarten. Whether you're a stay-at-home, working, teen, single or married mom, MOPS is for you!

Who can come?  Anyone who has a preschooler in their home  or is pregnant. You deserve a break! So come and check us out!

What does a MOPS session look like?

Time Duration: 10A-12P

- Check in your child. (Childcare opens at 9:45a)
- Find your table and write your name on a NAME TAG. (If you're not sure where to sit, NO PROBLEM...our MOPS Leaders can help you).
- Get YOUR SNACKS & COFFEE at the cafe.
- Sit back at your table and talk & chill.  Get to know the ladies at your table.
- Engage in an ice-breaker or game. (Usually there's prizes!)
- 15-20 Min video about "Mom-ing it." These videos are SO ENCOURAGING and sometimes we have amazing Guest Speakers too.
- Discuss the questions from the video you just watched. (You don't have to say anything, if you prefer. Not a problem at all).
-  Engage for a few more minutes with the moms at your table and then...PICK UP YOUR CHILD by 12P.

Childcare

Childcare is important for a MOPS program to be successful.  That's why we try to make it available at an affordable cost and with AMAZING childcare background approved workers.  

COST: $10 per child for the entire 6 week duration. (Yes, that's unbelievably affordable). 

QUESTION:  WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD WON'T STOP CRYING OR NEEDS MY HELP?
Our childcare workers will do everything they can to console or assist with your child.  If that doesn't work, they'll contact you or the MOPS leaders.

PLEASE KNOW: YOU CAN ALWAYS BRING YOUR CHILD WITH YOU TO THE MOPS TABLE.
